Shipping and Return

  • Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost and whose tracking number says they were delivered. For warranty claim will be at your option claim the guarantee to the company that you have chosen at the time of purchase.
  • We do the shipping for UPS or USPS or any package delivery company that we consider relevant.
  • Free shipping exclude oversize shipping charges and International Shipping.
  • The expenses for change or return of the item run by the client, if there was no error by us
  • We take 1 to 3 business days to process each order.
  • We do not offer free return labels for international purchases.

Shipping days is the time taken by the mail company to deliver the order (the type of shipment you choose).

Processing days: The time we take to prepare the order (1 to 2 business days).
